Numbers, not photos
Your measurements are kept in this browser and travel with your reservation. The photos are discarded the moment they have been read, and one tap deletes the numbers, any time.
Set the room, not the pose
- Prop the phone upright at roughly hip height, 2 to 3 metres away. A shelf, a ledge, a chair back.
- Plain background, even light. No window at your back, no mirror beside you.
- Tight clothing or underwear, hair up, shoes off. The scan reads your shape.
- Portrait only. Landscape is not supported; the guide assumes an upright phone.
Front camera by default so you can see yourself. Flip to the rear camera if someone else is shooting; it is the better lens.
The scale of every number
Stand straight, without shoes, and enter your height. The scan turns proportions into centimetres by dividing your height by your pixel height, so this is the one number that must be honest.

Add this page to your home screen and UR Fit opens as its own app, separate from the shop. Once it has loaded here it opens again even with no signal, scanner included, because the engine is cached after its first load. The camera is asked for only when you begin a scan.
